Ken is a partner in Ross & Whitney, a boutique legal firm based in Auckland and practicing in the areas of property and trust law.  He has been a director of International Superannuation & Pensions Ltd (now Global Pensions (Trustees) NZ Ltd) from its inception in 1993 until 2004 and then again from 2008 onwards.  Ken’s business partner, Ian Ross, is also a director.  Ken is also a director of a number of other trust companies and has worked extensively with offshore banks and trust companies in the course of his career.
