Chung has been responsible for the administration of the IS&P Singapore Retirement Fund from his Hong Kong office since early 2008. Chung joined Credence Trust in HK in 2008, bringing with him 10 years of experience in various financial disciplines. Prior to joining Credence Trust, Chung spent three years in the offshore trust industry in Bermuda; with a focus on trust and estate planning,corporate services, and private client services. Chung is a fully qualified member of the Washington State Board of Accountancy, USA, and The Society of Management Accountants of  Alberta, Canada.
